The Annual School Campaign

The Annual School Campaign benefits our entire school community.  Through your donation to St. Francis of Assisi School, you are part of a community-wide effort to support the educational and personal growth of our students.  To supplement tuition costs, we rely on:
  • Donations from our families and friends through giving to the Annual School Campaign
  • The Parish subsidy
  • The Parents' Association auction and fundraising activities
  • Interest earned on our endowment to help fund student scholarships
 
Because of your support of the Annual School Campaign, we were able to provide:
  • Enhanced programs in science, the arts and music
  • Instructional materials
  • Current technology
  • Furnishings/Equipment to support education
 
Last year, we provided over $184,300 in financial assistance.  With your support and the money provided by the endowment, we've assisted over 17% of our school families with the needed funds to continue learning at St. Francis of Assisi School.
 
Our school has a reputation for academic excellence, service to the community, and teaching the truths of our Catholic faith and traditions.  Your gift makes an impact.  At St. Francis of Assisi School, we are committed to providing all our students the best Catholic education.  We are blessed and grateful for your support and commitment.

Q: What is the Annual School Campaign?
A: The Annual School Campaign supports general operating expenses, classroom technology and financial aid.  Your gift to this year's Campaign will help us continue to provide all our students with an outstanding Catholic education, even during this very challenging time.

 

 

Q: Can I note my donations on my tax forms?  What about matching funds? 

A:  You can reference the St. Francis of Assisi School Tax ID: 91-1119312 on your tax forms.  Please share this information with your Employee Matching Funds program as well.

 


Q: Why is the percentage of parent participation so important?
A: When we apply for grants as a non-profit institution, the percentage of our family's participation is taken under consideration. The greater the participation, the greater chance we have of receiving grants. Our goal is to achieve and maintain 100% participation.

 


Q: Why do we ask for contributions?  

A: While tuition covers a portion of the cost of a St. Francis of Assisi School education for each child, it doesn’t cover it all. There is a constant struggle between keeping our school affordable and paying the expenses necessary to operate our school.  Thank you for your generous support of our school community.
